30 17-07-2012I.A.No. 4780 of 2011 This Interlocutory application for substitution of the heirs of deceased respondent no.5, Ram Sakhi Devi, stated to have died on 23-5-2011, is allowed and her heirs and legal representatives are substituted in her place after expunging her name from the memo of appeal.
Issue appeal notice to the substituted respondents for which the appellants shall take steps by filing requisites both under registered cover as well as ordinary process within ten days, Patna High Court FA No.357 of 1981 (30) dt.17-07-2012 failing which the appeal as against the substituted respondents shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
