Section 1 in The Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) (Chandigarh Amendment) Act, 1973
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) (Chandigarh Amendment) Act, 1973.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the1st day of November, 1966 except section7 which shall come into force at once.
