Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This petition is directed against an order compulsorily retiring the petitioner from service. Specific allegation has been made in the writ petition that except for one punishment order dated 3.8.2005, there was nothing else against him in his entire career. Earlier, the respondents were directed to produce the service record of the petitioner, in vain.
One last opportunity is given to the respondents to produce the service record on the next date or else the respondent no.1 shall appear in person with his explanation.
Let a copy of this order be given to Sri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava Srivastava within forty eight hours.
