Section 1 in THE CONSTITUTION (SEVENTIETH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Constitution (Seventieth Amendment) Act, 1992.(2)Section 3 of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st day of December, 1991 and section 2 shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
