Section 32(4) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989
(4)Any money due from the management under the orders of the District Education Officer or where an appeal was preferred, under the orders of the officer making an order in appeal shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue under the provision of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956. Such money may also be recovered by setting it off against any sum due to the management from the State Government. Any amount deposited or recovered under this sub-section shall be paid to the employee concerned.
