Section 54(1) in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
(1)The Authorities of the University may make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for;-(a)Laying down the procedure for their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(b)Providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes are to be regulated by Regulations;(c)Providing for any other matters solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and Statutes.
