Hon'ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
By way of the present OA, filed under Section 19 of AT Act, 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"A. Pass an order or direction to the Respondents 1 to 7 for completing all formalities for joining and give joining, to the Applicants 1 to 20 to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer at the respective state office of Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Comptroller and Auditor General of India forthwith as set out in Para 4.24 of this OA, during the pendency of this OA.
B. Pass an order or direction to stay the upcoming departmental SAS examination for promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer during the pendency of this OA.
C. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit in the interest of justice."
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the OA, the grievances of the applicants have been redressed by the respondents and therefore, the present OA has become infructuous. He seeks disposal of the same accordingly.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the present OA stands disposed of as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
