5 29-07-2011Learned counsel for the petitioner has rightly pointed out that year of the case has been wrongly typed in the cause title of order no. 4 dated 19-7-2011 leading to printing of name of the parties also wrongly.
Let the cause title and year of the case in order no.4 dated 19-7-2011 be corrected so as to read MJC No. 1556 of 2009 (Satyadeo Choudhary Vs the State of Bihar & Ors) in place of MJC No. 1556 of 2007 (Ranjeet Kumar Vs State of Bihar & Ors).
Time granted for removing the defect is extended by one week from today, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
