Procedure for recruitment by promotion through Commission.-r- Recruitment by promotion to the post of Assistant Registrar shall be made on the basis of seniority in accordance with the Uttrakhand Promotion by Selectiokn in Consultation with Public Service Commission (Procedure) Rules, 2003, as amended from time to time.
