Section 150(2)(a) in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956

(a)The owner for the time being of the wall or building so erected, re-erected, added to or altered, may be required by a written notice issued by the Chairman to stop further work on such wall or building and to alter or demolish the same in such manner and within such time as may be specified in the notice.
