Section 27(2) in The Punjab Industrial Facilitation Act, 2005
(2)Notwithstanding any agreement executed between the State Government and the industrial undertaking, before the commencement of this Act, regarding grant of concession, the recovery of the amount of such concession, in the event of default, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
