Section 9(9) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2007
9.2The office of the Electricity Ombudsman shall function five days a week from 9:30 a m. to 6:00 p.m and observe holidays as observed by the State Government.
