Section 6(1) in The Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994
(1)An application for renewal of a conductor's licence shall be made in Form V to the licensing authority which issued the licence or if the holder has changed the residence otherwise than by way of temporary absence of his usual place of residence to the licensing authority of the area in which he is residing. The application shall be accompanied by the conductor's licence sought to be renewed and the fee specified in Sub-section (5) of Section 30.
