Section 13(1) in The Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975
(1)Every appointing authority shall furnish to the Government, in the prescribed manner an annual report on appointments by the end of the month of [April of the succeeding calendar year] [Substituted by Orissa Act 18 of 1988.] and maintain such other records as may be prescribed.
