Section 22(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)The Dean of each Faculty shall be responsible for the organization and conduct to teaching, research and extension education work of the Department included in the Faculty, and for that purpose shall pass such orders as may be necessary in consultation with the Head of Department concerned.
