Section 23(1) in Maharashtra Public Trust Rules, 1951
(1)On payment of the fees specified hereinafter the Charity Commissioner or Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner or an officer authorized by any of them in this behalf shall, on application by any person having interest or any other person permitted by the Charity Commissioner or the Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner or an officer authorized by any of them in this behalf furnish him with copies certified if required under his hand of:(a)any entry or portion thereof, in the Registration of Public Trust or any statement, notice, intimation, account, audit report or any other document filed under the Act;(b)proceedings of any inquiry under the Act;(c)proceedings any appeal before the Charity Commissioner;(d)any certificate issued by the Charity Commissioner, Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner.
