1. The limited grievance of the Petitioners in the instant case is that they were appointed in service on 17.10.2014 and their probation period as such of 2 years completed on 17.10.2016. Thereafter, the 4 Respondents were supposed to confirm to the services of the Petitioners, but till date the probation period of the Petitioners have not been confirmed by the Respondents in spite of repeated representations being made by the Petitioners.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that on an earlier occasion the Respondents have passed an order on 26.12.2017 and if the contents of which is taken into consideration, the case of the Petitioners seem to be similar in nature.
3. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the either side, without commenting anything on the merits and entitlement of the petitioner at this juncture, let the petitioners make detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days from today and on such representations being made, let the respondents consider the claim of the petitioners on its merits and pass a suitable order in accordance with rules governing the fields. Let this decision be taken within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
