Section 7(1) in Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004
(1)The Director shall ensure regular inspection of a Fair Price Shop not less than once in two months by the designated authority. Director, food will issue orders specifying the inspection schedule, list of checkpoints and the authorities responsible for ensuring compliance with the said orders.
