O.A No. 40/2020Shri Rajendra Vaish, learned counsel for the respondents states that the present OA has become infructuous and in support of the same he has filed M.A No. 144/2022 along with additional affidavit as well as OM No. 30/2022 (annexure R/1) dated 27.10.2022 which reads as below:-
"In pursuance of CBI HO Office Order No. 2258/2022, dt. 10.10.2022 in File No. DP/Pers. M2022/1835/A-10015/02/2022, dt. 10.10.2022, Shri Alok Kumar, LDC has joined his duty in CBI, ACB, Madurai, on 13.10.2022(F/N) on reinstatement as per order dt. 20.04.2022 of Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan in CWP No. 4538/2020.
He is posted against the vacant post of LDC in this branch w.e.f. 13.10.2022."
The applicant had sought reinstatement through the present Original Application and it is evident from the above cited OM No. 30/2022, he has been reinstated and has joined the duty in CBI, ACB, Madurai on 13.10.2022.
In the light of the above, the present Original Application is disposed off infructuous.
