(ii)Where the Commission requires the Inspector to notify the vacancy or vacancies under paragraph (1) of this sub-rule the Inspector shall notify the same in accordance with Rule 4 or, as the case may be, Rule 9 of these rules and the vacancy or the vacancies so notified shall be deemed to be notified by the Management.]
