Section 31(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)If any judgment is passed against any officer or member of the registered Society, such judgment shall not be enforced against the property, moveable or immoveable, or against the body, of such officer, but against the property of the registered Society.
