(3)The valid ballot papers thereafter shall be bundled together and kept along with the bundle of rejected papers in the separate packet which shall be sealed and on which shall be recorded the following particulars namely:-(a)the name of the constituency;(b)the particulars of the polling station where the ballot papers have been used; and(c)the date of counting.
