Section 194(1) in The Manipur Municipalities Act,1994.
(1)The offences under this Act shall be compoundable:Provided that no offence, arising from the failure to comply with a written notice given by or on behalf of, the Nagar Panchayat or the Council, as the case may be, shall be compoundable unless the notice has been consolied with.
