Section 58 in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
58. Appearance in person or by representative.
- Subject to the provisions of section 57 any party to a suit, case or proceeding may appear before a Gram Panchayat either in person or by such servant (not being a tout or a petition writer), partner or relation authorized by him and permitted by Gram Panchayat to represent him.
