(3)Any court trying the contravention of an order prohibiting the marketing of textile or textile machinery under sub-section (1) may, without prejudice to the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (2), direct that the textiles or textile machinery in respect of which the court is satisfied that such contravention has been committed, shall be forfeited to the Central Government. 216A
