(2)The District Committee [***] [Omitted 'or Divisional Committee' by Act No. 16 of 2004, dated 2.1.2005.] or the State Board, as the case may be, acting through the appropriate Point of Investor Contact, shall at every stage in the implementation of the project, and after its completion, continue to assist the investor, or where appropriate, the project authorities, for the maintenance of a work environment conducive to successful project activities.
