Section 12(x) in The West Bengal Universities (Control of Expenditure) Act, 1976
(x)The assessment at Rs. 1,300 in the scale of Rs. 700-40-1,100-50-1,30.0-Assessment-50-1,600 prescribed for College lecturers shall be done by the concerned appointing authorities in the manner to be prescribed for the purpose.
