Section 21(8)(a) in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975

(a)The trapping of wild animals specified in Schedule (II) and Schedule (III) shall not be permitted unless the Chief Wild Life Warden is satisfied for reasons to be recorded in writing that such trapping is necessary under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 11 or of Section 12.
