Section 4 in The U.P. Khandsari Sugar Manufacturers' Licensing Order, 1967
4. Period for which licences are to be issued.
- A licence granted or renewed under this Order, shall be subject to the' conditions prescribed in the form of licence set out in Schedule 1 and be valid for the entire licensing year or any part thereof as indicated in the licence by the Licensing Authority.
