Section 22 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations

(1)A member desiring to make any observations on the matter before the Council shall speak from his/her place, shall rise when he/she speaks, and shall address the President.(2)If at any time the President rises, any member speaking shall immediately resume his/her seat.
