Section 53(1)(f) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002

(f)It shall suggest for change/modification/alteration/addition or delete and deviate from the items of work originally provided in the estimate. However such changes even if within the total sanctioned cost shall be got approved before execution from concern competent authority empowered to do so;
