Section 9(4) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(4)The imported dried saffron shall be marked in accordance with Labeling Standards as prescribed in the Act and these rules and the label shall legibly be marked with words Imported Saffron with the name of the place wherefrom imported. The color of the label shall be Blue or Red.
