 1.       Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 19 th December 2022
 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions
 Court, Greater Bombay, Mumbai, in Miscellaneous Application
 No.1664 of 2022 rejecting prayer for directing investigation
 u/s.156(3) of Cr.P.C.


 2.       The complaint was filed against officers of Govandi Police
 Station and Deputy Police Commissioner that FIR in Crime No.541 of
 2022 was published online by unknown police officers of Govandi
 Police Station.


 3.       Learned advocate for Petitioner submitted that uploading of
 FIR with the names, address and other details of minors, was
 contrary to the provisions of POCSO Act whereas APP submitted that
 FIR which was uploaded was immediately withdrawn and act was
 not deliberate. She has relied upon report dated 15 th June 2023.

 Learned counsel for Petitioner, however, submitted that offence is
 made out.


 4.       Arguable questions are raised in this petition. Hence I pass
 following order.

 (i)      Admit;
 (ii)     Hearing expedited.
