42. Miscellaneous matters of revenue administration which require attention of Inspecting Officers.
- Revenue matters, which should have the attention of Commissioners and Collectors, are the accuracy of the preparation of price-lists; rainfall gauges and registers; weather and crop reports; the state of the crops; crop statistics; experimental crop cuttings; calamities of seasons; agricultural deterioration; famine warning; cattle disease; agricultural and veterinary institutions and experiments; agricultural banks; co-operative banks and societies, camping grounds; boundary marks; embankments, relations of landlords, and tenants, rise or decay of local industries.
