1. Petitioner impugns the order dated 10.03.2024 passed under Section 73 of the CGST Act for the tax period April 2018 to March 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Show Cause Notice, which was issued on 05.12.2013, was belated and beyond the period of three years as prescribed under Section 73 of the Act.

3. He further submits that the demand has been created on account of supplies from a dealer whose GST registration has been retrospectively cancelled. He submits that similar matters are pending before this Court and are listed on 23.07.2024. Reference is drawn to Writ Petition (C) 16075/2023 titled "MBL Infrastructure Limited Vs. Department of Trade & Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi."
