(2)Subject to provisions of the Grid Code and any other regulations specified by the Commission, the short-term open access shall be curtailed first followed by the medium-term open access, which shall be followed by the long-term access.Provided that amongst the grantees of access of a particular category, curtailment shall be carried out on pro-rata basis.
