Section 49(1) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016

(1)If Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission, Dehradun proposes dissolution of the Shri Guru Ram Rai University in accordance with the law Governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least six months notice in writing to the State Government.
