77.
If in any case a claim is made to the property attached under [Section 421 (1) (a)] [Substituted by C.S. No. 37.], Code of Criminal Procedure, the ownership of such property must be determined by the Magistrate who issued the warrant, or his successor in office or the Magistrate in charge of the accounts.
