Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that in identical matters, this court has stayed the proceedings particularly, in view of the orders passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.199/2013 titled Management of Ashok Hotel (ITDC) vs. Their Workmen & Anr.
