(3)The Superintendent shall complete the record of premature release of the concerned prisoners by placing the following in their respective files:-(i)Recommendations of the State Sentence Review Board.(ii)Order of the Government.(iii)Bond furnished by the prisoner.(iv)Conditions of release duly signed by the prisoner.
