At the very outset, Mrs. Jyoti Singh, counsel defending the respondents, has handed over to us letter dated 17.12.2009, which we order to be placed on record, a copy whereof has also been given to the counsel representing the applicant, vide which the directions of this Tribunal, non-compliance whereof has been complained in this contempt petition, have been complied with commitment made in the Court to make the due payment to the applicant within fifteen days from today, present contempt petition is closed.
