(xxiv)to hold and managed trust and endowment, donations or funds which may become vested in it for the purposes of the Vishwavidyalaya by grants, testamentary depositions or otherwise, and to invest such endowment, donations or funds in any manner that the Vishwavidyalaya may deem fit:
