Section 17(2) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(2)The Secretary of the State Advisory Committee : -(i)shall assist the Chairperson of such Committee in convening meetings of the Committee;(ii)may attend the meetings of such Committee but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings;(iii)shall keep a record of the minutes of the meetings of such Committee; and(iv)shall take necessary measures to carry out the decisions taken at the meetings of such Committee.
