(1)A notice of withdrawal of candidature under sub-section (1) of section 37 shall be in Form 5 and shall contain the particulars set out therein; and on receipt of such notice, the returning officer shall note thereon the date and time at which it was delivered.(2)The notice under sub-section (3) of section 37 shall be in Form 6.
