Section 1 in The U.P. Sahkari Gram Vikas Banks Act, 1964
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh [Sahkari Gram Vikas Banks] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 19 of 1994. (w.e.f. 9-6-1994)] Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
