Section 4(2) in The District Council of Culture Rules, 1994
(2)An official or non-official parson, having expertise and experience in organisms, coordinating cultural programmes shall be nominated, from time to time, by the Chairman to function as the Cultural Co-ordidator of the Council. The Cultural Co-ordinator shall assist the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the Secretary in planning, monitoring and coordinating various programmes.
