20. Qualification and authorisation of competent persons for well perforation.
- The owner, agent or manager of every mine shall authorise one or more persons to be competent persons for handling, transport and use of explosives meant for well perforation in accordance with the Oil Industry Safety Directorate standard, that is, OISD-STD-191 or its revised version.
