1. THAT the matters in Appeal No. CIC/WB/A/2009/000778, Appeal No. CIC/WB/A/2009/000776, Appeal No. CIC/WB/A/2009/000745 respectively are pending before this Commission for final disposal.
2. THAT all the above mentioned appeals relate to the Delhi High Court Rules and Orders.
3. THAT as per the order of the Hon. Delhi High Court in 'The Registrar, Supreme Court of India vs. R.S. Misra & Ors.' [W.P.(C) 3530/2011] dated 23/05/2011, the Central Information Commission has been directed not to proceed with the petitions involving question connected to or in relation with the rules of procedure of the Courts concerning the disclosure of the information under the RTI Act.
4. THEREFORE, the above mentioned appeals are hereby adjourned sine die.
