Section 3(1)(iv) in Public Debt Act, 1944

(iv)is made on or after the 1st day of November, 1956, in the case of a security issued on or after that day by the Government of any State other than Jammu and Kashmir, [and] [Words and at the end of Cl. (iii) omitted and the word added at the end in clause (iv) and after that clause new clause (v) added by the Public Debt (Amendment) Act, 1972 (44 of 1972), Section 3 (w.e.f. 1-9-1972)]shall be valid if--
