Section 85(j) in The Uttarakhand Police Act, 2007

(j)
(i)Any proceeding under this section shall be instituted by the Appointing Authority or District Superintendent of Police.
(ii)The finding of the legal proceedings, instituted under this section, shall be entered in the personal service records of the concerned Police personnel.
